So my birthday was on the 23rd, and I got a couple of Ulta gift cards. I decided to go and look around to see if there was anything I liked, and I stumbled upon an entire shelf full of Formula 10.0.6 products. I bought all that they had! My mom ordered me a four pack (Deep down detox ultra- cleansing mud mask, Keep Your Cool skin-calming gel mask, Pores Be Pure skin-clarifying mud mask (the one I had first) and the Get Your Glow On Skin Brightening Peel Mask. I'm SUPER excited to be trying these, and looking forward to sharing my findings with all of you! I've heard such good things about these products, and I've loved what I have tried so far. I'm going to be trying all of them through the next couple weeks, and will give updates and reviews of them all. I would really like to get the ones that I don't have at the moment, and will at some point! I'd like to say that I'm in no way sponsored by this brand (just imagine...) but I genuinely love their products but haven't really heard of them before I got that first mudmask. I've been telling everyone I can about their products, and even had my brother go out and get that four pack on amazon, too. He loves them! So, here we go: (Minus the three that I didn't have that were ordered... as mentioned above)

Hi everyone! Welcome to my first real post on my new site... I hope you keep visiting and liking what you see! This first post is going to be dedicated to skincare! Something that in the past, I haven't been the best about (honestly). These days, I've been a bit nuts about it. I have combination skin, which can be tricky because some things oil it up too much, and some dry it out too much as well. Now I think I finally found an AMAZING product that actually makes my skin softer and brighter in just a couple minutes. Let me introduct you to... The Pores Be Pure skin-clarifying mud mask by Formula 10.0.06 is the absolute best mud mask I have found. It smells heavenly (it has strawberry and yarrow). It's description: "This skin-refining mask with berry boosters goes straight to work on clogged pores. Strawberry and rosemary eliminate impurities, while yarrow clarifies skin for instant complexion perfection." The mask is a lovely smooth consistancy that goes on smoothly, and is a kind of greyish color. The directions read: "To use: Apply to freshly cleansed and dried skin. Apply a thin coating over face and neck, avoiding eye area. Allow mask to dry for 10-15 minutes then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat skin dry. Use 1-3 times per week." SO, cleanse your face with whatever cleanser you normally use (I usually use a neutrogina cleanser) and then apply the mask to your face. This was my face before the mask: (excuse the dark circles)- But here is what the mask looks like on- And here is my skin after the mask (after 15 minutes): Other than looking a little brighter, my pores were reduced significantly, and smaller. On top of that, my skin felt so incredibly soft. Like you would not believe. I actually was on a trip with my family the other week, and made my brother try this mask. As a seventeen year old boy, his problem area is his forehead, and after he took the mask off his forehead was significantly less red, and his face was also exceptionally soft. A NOTE, though. This mask, for many, does burn. It's like a deep clean, and does so much in a small amount of time. If it burns too much for you, take it off. Ingredients include: Water (Aqua), Kaolin, Bentonite, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate, Titanium Dioxide (Cl77891), PEG-20 Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Ceteareth-20, Tocopherol, Fragaria Chiloensis (Strawberry) Fruit Extract, Achillea Millefolium (Yarrow) Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Xanthan Gum, Salicylic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance/Parfum, Methylparaben, Propylparabin, Benzyl Benzoate, Carmine (Cl 75470). NOW, after using something this intense, and in reality, after most cleansing, you should really use a moisturizer. I got this beauty in my Sephora Play bag, and will probably buy the full size in the near future. Honey Drop Lightweight Moisturizer with Echinacea GreenEnvy™, is a great way to step up our moisturizer game. It doesn't feel heavy, and blends into your skin like a dream. It is described as: "A long-lasting, lightweight moisturizer with Echinacea GreenEnvy™ Honey, Triple Hyaluronic Acid Complex, and cupuaçu butter beads to keep skin smooth and soft all day long."
